13.25 Minutes of pain free running
Just completed 13.25 minute run, was only supposed to be 12 minutes - so dont tell me Physio. No pain in my shins, which is a bit odd as i was running on roads and gravel, as opposed to grass which i've been trying to run on when possible. the run followed a 1 hour coached swimming session, maybe this helped with general warm up - who knows.
Anyway, its good to be increasing my time and distance running.
