iPad 2 not charging on a PC

 

If like me you recently bought an iPad and found that it doesn't charge when plugged into your PC - dont panic.

Follow these steps

 

1. Google iPad not charging on PC - there you will find people telling you "Oh its because Macs have stronger USB ports - blah blah" Ignore them, its nonsense. If you run windows on a mac using Bootcamp it still doesnt charge.
2. Google iPad not charging on PC - you may find people saying "ahhh it's because you have an old PC" ignore them, that's nonsense too, I have a brand new HP at work.
3. you need to go to this page and download the ASUS Ai Charger and this should get you running
